- Currently unable to accept fridges or freezers, due to facility capacity issues
- Collections Monday to Friday only
- Items must be placed at the front boundary by 6:30am
- Domestic properties only, not businesses
- Upholstered seating containing POPs must be free of damage
If you cannot move the items yourself: Special arrangements are available for elderly and disabled residents to have items collected from inside the home (downstairs only).
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
