Access rules and limitations
- Book up to 8 items per order, in any mix of categories
- Only one bulky waste order can be placed per week per household
- Collections run once a week per postcode, Monday to Friday including bank holidays, but not Christmas Day or Boxing Day
If you cannot move the items yourself: A separate assisted collection service exists for residents who cannot move general bin waste (rubbish, recycling, food and garden waste) to the property boundary due to disability, mobility or health issues. This explicitly does not cover bulky waste collections.
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
