Access rules and limitations
- Items must be placed at the front of the property by 6.30am on collection day
- No exact collection time is given
- Smaller items should be bagged or boxed for safe handling
- Items that do not meet the presentation rules may be left uncollected with no refund
- Landlords and letting agents must use a separate commercial collection form
If you cannot move the items yourself: Residents unable to place items outside can email commercial.streetpride@derby.gov.uk to request a private quote for collection from within the property.
