Access rules and limitations
- Items must be of a size and weight that two people can carry
- Broken furniture must be bundled, bagged or boxed as a single unit
- Collections happen between 7am and 3pm on the scheduled date
- Items must be visible and easy to access from the front of the property, within 5 metres of a suitable collection point at pavement level, by 7am
- No limit on the number of collections booked per year
- Residents on red routes must use the West London Waste Authority bulky waste service instead
