Access rules and limitations
- Kerbside collection only, crews cannot enter the property under any circumstances
- Items must be placed outside by 6.30am on collection day
- Bookings can be made up to 5 weeks in advance, with slots released daily
- Maximum 6 items per booking
- Phone bookings are slower than online bookings
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.

- Soft furnishings and non-soft items need separate bookings and payments because of Environment Agency rules
- Cancellation fee of £15.00 if cancelled less than 48 hours before collection
