Access rules and limitations
- Maximum 6 items per collection
- Items must be placed at the front edge of the property by 5:30am, or by the bin store for flats
- Collections run Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 4pm
- No refund if items are not collected, or if cancelled with less than 1 working day's notice
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
