Access rules and limitations
- Items must be placed on the inside edge of the property by 7am on collection day
- Maximum 5 individual items or 1 combined item per booking
- Bookings cannot be changed once made, cancellations require a fresh booking
- Landlords of Houses in Multiple Occupation must call to arrange collection
- Fridges and freezers temporarily unavailable due to a national shortage of specialist treatment facilities
- Furniture containing persistent organic pollutants may need a separate vehicle
