Access rules and limitations

  • Items must be placed on the inside edge of the property by 7am on collection day
  • Maximum 5 individual items or 1 combined item per booking
  • Bookings cannot be changed once made, cancellations require a fresh booking
  • Landlords of Houses in Multiple Occupation must call to arrange collection
  • Fridges and freezers temporarily unavailable due to a national shortage of specialist treatment facilities
  • Furniture containing persistent organic pollutants may need a separate vehicle
