Access rules and limitations
- Items must be placed at street level in the front garden, or on the public highway from 6.30pm the evening before if there is no front garden
- Secure properties need an access code given at booking
- Collections happen between 6.30am and 7pm with no fixed time slot
- Cancellations need 4pm notice the working day before
