Access rules and limitations
- Collected from the front of the property only; crews cannot collect from inside properties, rear gardens, garages or behind gates
- Maximum 3 large items and 3 small electrical items per booking
- Items collected on the requested day by 4pm
- Upholstered furniture must be kept separate from other items
- Amendments up to 2 working days before collection; cancellations must be made by 3pm the day before
- Collection dates can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance, one collection per week maximum
Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
