Access rules and limitations

  • Domestic households only, commercial waste is excluded
  • Crews will not enter a property to remove items under any circumstances
  • Items must be put out before 7am on the collection day and match what was booked
  • Collections happen on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays depending on your ward
  • Cancellations need to be made before noon the day before
  • No refund if collection is not possible because of locked gates or blocked access

Kerbside-only rules are the norm across the UK; crews are not insured to enter your home. If nobody can get your items outside, see your options when you can't lift it.
