Access rules and limitations
- Single items must be liftable and loadable by no more than 2 workers
- Only pre-booked and paid items are collected, extra items left beside them will not be taken
- Orders can be amended up to 2 working days before the collection date
- Items containing POPs, such as sofas, armchairs, beanbags and cushions, are collected separately from other waste and may need 2 visits, with the second visit within 10 working days of the first
