- Requests must be made by 3pm the working day before collection
- Collections happen between 7am and 3pm
- Items must be accessible from one point outside the property
- If two identical items are present but only one was booked, neither is collected
- Upholstered items require a separate visit due to legislation changes
- Collection day depends on area (Monday to Thursday by ward)
